Do I need an appointment? Do you take walk-ins?
Although it is not required to make an appointment, we do prefer to do so that way we have all the time set aside for you to tour and to answer any additional questions you may have, or get the application process started. Our tour times are from 8:30AM – 5:00PM daily. Of course we do take walk ins as well! Everybody over the age of 18 must provide a valid ID to tour.
Why do your prices have ranges?
Our prices range depending on the floor plan that you may be interested in.
What is the application fee and is it refundable?
Our application fee is $40 per applicant over the age of 18 that would be occupying the unit. All application fees are nonrefundable. You can pay them online, or onsite which ever works best for you.
How do I apply?
Applications are found online here on the property website. You will create an account and use your own credentials for the process.
Which utilities do I pay?
Here all utilities are allocated. The utilities would include Gas, Water, Electric, Trash, and Waste water. So what that means is its divided up and depends upon the usage in the building overall as well as the number of occupants. We would pay 25% of the total, and then residents are required to pay the remaining amount.
What is the security deposit?
Security deposits depend upon the specific unit as well as the qualifying criteria. They start out at $200 but could go up to a first months rent deposit.
When is my rent payment due?
You can pay rent from the 1st through the 5th with no additional late charge added to your account.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Late charges are accessed to the account on the 6th of the month. That does include weekends, as well as holidays.
How can I pay my rent?
There are many different ways that rent can be paid. You can set up an online account to pay rent. We have the option of a paylease card, which is like a prepaid card that you would load the rent payment on and pay at Walmart. You can stop by the office and pay with a cashiers check, or a personal check. And you also have the option to leave a payment in the drop box. As soon as we get the payment we will write a receipt that you can stop by and pick up at your earliest convenience.
What kind of pets do you allow? How many pets may I have?
We have no weight restrictions, however we do have certain breed restrictions. Please contact the office for more information. We allow up to 2 pets per unit. Cats or dogs are fine. There is a one-time pet fee that is non-refundable of $300. And then also a monthly charge of $25 per pet in the unit.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes. There is a lease break fee that would be associated in the amount of $1500. We would still require a 60 day notice before vacating the apartment. And the fee should be paid by the 45th day.
How can I refer a friend?
So here we do have a wonderful resident referral program. And would love for your family or friends to join the community. Please contact the office, and one of our members will be able to help you further with the process.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
There are many ways to get a maintenance request put in. You can call or stop by the office. There is a way to submit the request online or you can email us as well. Whatever works best for you!
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If it will be for more than 7 consecutive days they will need to go through the application process and be approved to live on community as well as added as a roommate to your lease agreement.
I will be moving out. What do I need to do?
Although your lease will be ending, we do sill require a 60 day notice in order to approve the move out per your lease agreement. You can stop by the office and fill out all the paper work that is needed.
Do you have cable/Internet services?
We don’t have any that are included with the rent. However, you can choose a provider of your choice.
Can I grill on property?
We do ask that you be at least 10ft away from the building in order to do so, or you are more than welcome to use any of the community grills provided for you throughout the property!
I’m locked out of my apartment. What do I do?
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment. If it is after hours please contact our emergency maintenance team.
I’ve lost my apartment and/or mailbox keys. What do I do?
If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
